FOXION Limited has extensive experience in the repair of SIEMENS machine tool drives and controls. For a fast and high quality service we have invested in numerous drives and CNC controls to ensure that the full functionality of each repaired circuit board when returned, therefore reducing prolonged and expensive breakdowns. SIEMENS SINAMICS S120

FOXION Limited has extensive experience in the repair of SIEMENS SINAMICS machine tool drives. We can fully load test each firing stage of either the Line Module or Motor Module PCB, along with testing the fan control, voltage and current feedbacks, and load testing the motor brake outputs.

We can functionally bench test and repair Basic Line Modules, Smart Line Modules, Active Line Modules, Active Interface Modules and either single or double Motor Modules.

Each repaired SINAMICS Line Module or Motor Module unit is then run on our SINAMICS test rig to ensure full functionality operation. Each repaired SINAMICS drive unit comes with a 12 month warranty on the repair.

We can functionally run and test Basic Line Modules, Smart Line Modules, Active Line Modules, Active Interface Modules and either single or double Motor Modules, running both axes at the same time, giving our clients confidence in our repair and test procedures.

We can also supply service exchange and either refurbished or new SINAMICS drive units.

General Industrial Electronic Repairs

We have extensive experience in general electronic repairs for almost every type of equipment such as:
